I wanted a more ethical business to save with and I have been with the Ecology since they were founded. I have had excellent service. The phones are answered promptly and money can be moved with minimum fuss. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I hope they stay ethical, personal and small. I particularly liked the salary ration structure (so CEO and senior staff are not way above those who do so much of the work) albeit this has been diluted more recently. Ecology Building Society is THE best.

I love the service and especially the ethics and pay structure for staff. A unique and ethical business - rare these days. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
