excellent customer service

Triodos customer service is outstanding, much better than I have experienced from other financial service providers. This is true day-to-day: the banking app is very easy to use, the advisers accessible (one doesn't have to wait for hours to get through) and helpful. More specifically, when I was scammed earlier this year Triodos not only dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, so that I got my money back, but also helped me through a very unpleasant experience. ethical, informative, reassuring

I've saved with Ecology for over 30 years. I chose them because their ethics are completely clear, and in all that time I've never sene anything to ake me doubt their standards (unlike with some other "ethical" savings providers). I am well informed about how my money is used, and inspired by some of the stories I read. I trust them completely. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
