Entirely happy - all good so far

Switched to First Direct as a consequence of very bad experience with M and S Bank, based on First Direct’s positive customer feedback ratings, even though they’re both of them offshoots of HSBC. All is very good at least so far: they seem most helpful and their online banking systems are effective. So can recommend. Reviewed on: 27th April 2018

Good in parts but incompetent overall

Basic banking okay, but anything out of the ordinary seems to flummox them and put up the shutters. Appalled by their attitude towards me, their customer and can't wait to switch away Reviewed on: 5th July 2017
