Efficient friendly service

Popped into the branch to open a new member savings account. Staff were incredibly friendly and informative. Whole thing was done and dusted within 15 minutes, and my expectations over next steps very clearly managed, and followed through on and promised. Very easy business to deal with based on my limited interaction to date. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
