Competitive interest rate, great customer service. Whenever I have needed to contact customer service for help (which is not very often), the phone is answered speedily and the helpline staff have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Friendly people, good value savings products

I only started with saving Dudley last year having been initially attracted by he value offered by their savings accounts. I found them very easy to deal with - from opening my account to answering a couple of questions over the phone. Their service staff were very responsive when I rang and had all the knowledge needed to answer my questions. I very satisfied with the service I get from Dudley. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
