Ethical and great communication

I've been with ESCU for nearly two years and they are simple to deal with, even providing an accessible number during lockdown. Their communication emails are relevant and they do not oversaturate their customers with excessive spam. All in all a great experience so far. Reviewed on: 7th June 2021

Simple to set up, great service over the lockdown and innovative

Despite being a Credit Union with limited resources they've created an app and their telephone service over the lockdown was highly efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
