I use James Hay's platform for my SIPP and a separate financial advisor. The platform itself is ok but seems somewhat outdated and there is no app to use on either a desktop or mobile/tablet.

I found the whole experience of creating a new stocks and shares ISA to be far more straightforward than I expected. Clear and concise guidance led me to to select their active portfolios and so far I have been extremely pleased with the performance, the information and the way it is presented.
