Great advice & support

Was trying to arrange BTL but the mortgage provider was very specific that the insurer had to be a member of a certain association & provide sanitary wear cover. This was all while arranging a move. The agent was really patient & called back at the agreesed times plus he went above & beyond contacting the insurers to confirm the details. Amazing customer service & have recommended purple octopus to many friends. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017
