Easily the best bank

Easy to use app. Tons of features. Easy access to all my money and savings. Best customer service I've seen with a bank, quick to respond and helpful. No messing around on the phone or on hold. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2024

The perfect bank

At first I was hesitant about an entirely online bank. My worries were quickly gone. I've been with Monzo for some time now and find every aspect easier and more user friendly than any other bank I've been with. From instant transaction notifications, to categories for grouping my spend, to pots for saving and putting money aside. I recommend Monzo to all my friends and family. We recently opened a joint account with them and bring on the day when they offer credit cards and other financial products. No issues recommending them as the best UK bank.
