My wife has bought travel insurance through Rush several times in the past few years. A mistake was made this year as Rushes rep didnt seem to notice that my wife wasreturning from the US on a cruise. This normally requires separate cover. However all conversations are recorded and after checking with the underwriters Rush rep Chris called and told me she was covvered and thathey would make sure that this did not happen again.
