Consistently great service

Top-notch support at a tricky time

We took out our Covered2go policy because it seemed great cover and was a good price, not ever thinking that we may need to claim on it. When I fell and broke my leg skiing however, they came into their own. I had regular update calls from their admin team and also from a doctor to check on my progress. I thought I would be pushed to head home as planned, to save on costs, but they allowed me ample time to ensure I was able to fly comfortably, had people waiting to assist at eve...
