Very Helpful

I had a problem with a payment which was my own fault I forgot to put a reference number in. The payment couldn't be found by the bank it was made out to. I contacted Chase and spoke to a person not a machine and the problem was sorted with in 24hrs. And a few weeks later a follow up call from Chase to see how things were. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Only got good things to say about Monzo. I had a problem with a foreign company but Monzo sorted it out for me via chargeback and I received a full refund. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
