Great Lender

I have used RateSetter a few times as they are quick and easy to work with and their interest rates are fair. I always keep up with my repayments and I've never had an issue at all. They're definitely one of the best personal lenders out there and I have recommended them on numerous occasions to friends and family in need of a loan. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

I pay extra for add ons to my insurance such as roadside recovery and recently they've reduced how far away from home I can be for that recovery so I'm not too impressed by that. However, my renewal paperwork came through the post and they wanted to charge me an extra £200 per year despite me having 4 years no claims and 2 of those years being with Hastings. So I called in and they managed to get my premium price down by £500 per year. Safe to say I decided to stay with them for a 3rd year. Their customer service is good although due to high volumes of calls the length of time you can be waiting to speak to an advisor can be quite long on occasions. Reviewed on: 8th July 2017

Very good lender, good customer care and their interest rates are fantastic. If I ever need a loan again I'd definitely consider Ratesetter. Reviewed on: 8th July 2017
