As good as a bank can be

Coming from a high street bank, it feels much more modern, the UI is intuitive and the functions are on the right place. everything can be done right from your mobile and you can monitor every transactions closely. The spreadsheet automated transactions export is a god send for bookkeepers. I have been a Monzo customer from the early beginning and they have always shine with their customer service. One of the best bank I have had. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who is fed up with the old banking system.

Since I switched to Monzo, my only regrets is why I haven't done it before. My previous bank was a pioneer in online banking, but I wouldn't say I liked the group's ethos behind it. Doing anything that would require a lot of forth and back with a "classic old school" bank account only takes a second with Monzo. From paying people, authorising a transaction to set some money aside for a future buy or recurring bills, it's all a breeze to achieve. I'm looking at moving our business to Monzo as soon as they accept multiple business accounts. I can't wait as our "dinosaur" business bank is a pain to use every day. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
