Immediate relief, peace, and reduction in stress

Getting into a DMP with StepChange has been life-changing. It's turned a horrible, stressful financial situation into one where I feel in control and hopeful. Our advisor walked us through the whole process step by step. They've also undertaken communications with all the companies we owed money to, which is a big weight off my shoulders. Even when things were very difficult midway through the DMP, we were able to adjust our payment down for a while. The flexibility has been great. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026
