Not so good for medical conditions

I have taken out annual travel insurance because I was happy with the easy to use website and flexibility of cover options when I took out a single trip policy last year.Tried to get cover for my Mum with a few major medical conditions, but found the experience much more complicated and less transparent. Ended up going to Saga in the end. Not had to make a claim but suspect that a claim would possibly be as difficult as trying to get cover for pre-existing medical cover. Hopefully won’t find out. Brings out the cynic in me

Hopefully won't have to find out how good the claims service is but was definitely the easiest sight to use in terms of choosing the right cover. I was finding it difficult to get extended family cover and this was my primary reason for choosing this holiday insurance. Highly suspicious of a company that offers money for votes on an 'impartial' consumer guide. But that's just me. Hope they live up to the hype if I need to claim. Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Have not travelled yet but found the site and cover breakdown easy to use,understand and compare. Best value for money I found. Reviewed on: 10th July 2017
