Monzo Flex’in

The Flex account has been pivotal over the years, and even more so recently with buying a house and getting the decor. The account is easy to set-up, quick and done before you can butter your toast. The Monzo app (as expected) is easy to use and controlling what you pay back, how much and when is super easy. Rates aren’t stupid if you’re paying over a longer period too. Monzo the Main

Monzo isn’t just a bank, it’s a community, at least that’s how I feel. I’ve continually had great support from the customer service team, help from the fraud department in moments I didn’t know I needed them and continuous great products. Me and my partner have chosen them for a joint account for these reasons. I’ve been with Monzo since they were in beta as a ‘top up’ card and followed their journey to becoming a fully pledged bank and they’ve been my go to for everything. Monzo.. that is all.

Monzo is a bank that I want. No issues, but if there were to be, their customer service is second to none. The app is smooth and sexy with everything you need from your bank incredibly accessible. Pots? The easiest thing any bank could copy, but would they perfect it like Monzo have? Probably not. The use of pots is brilliant; simple tools to have outgoings monitored, pennies (even pounds) saved at no extra effort from me. It’s like magic! All round, Monzo tick every box and I cannot complain.
