WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH!!!!

Worst company I have ever been with! Went with Driect debit option, spent £416 as a deposit but after a few weeks got a cheaper quote by another company so decided to cancel. Called up and was on hold for almost an hour which Is ridiculous as im sure if I was a new customer the waiting time would be no longer than a few mins! Anyway.. when speaking to cancellations it was the worst customer service Ive ever had! Had me on hold while they check my account for another 15 mins! Finally coming to cancel now.. I thought having the cover for no longer than 3 weeks I'd be getting some of that deposit back.. but no! I'm now told I actually owe them a further £406!!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! That's a total of £826 for 3 weeks cover!!!! That's most peoples full year cover! Put a complaint in over these fees and got a response that there is nothing they can do, it's all in the terms of the business I have agreed with. This policy was taken online and it's a tick box you have to click to take the policy, and I'm very sure everyone just ticks without reading and they are aware this happenes but still refused to give any money back to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! Reviewed on: 11th July 2017
