Excellent Service - Quick and Easy

Stuck for cash bear the end of the month due to some unexpected bills, discovered fund ourselves. Money was in within the hour, the website was easy to use and the repayments were spread out and didn't put me out of pocket. Have used them twice since then and repayed early with such little interest. Andthe team on the phone are friendly and helpful.... 10/10 Reviewed on: 18th February 2022

Monzo has everything! Great customer service always on hand to help, savings pots, money tracking, easy transfers, split the bill and i could keep going on! Ive used the chat and help features a few times and never had any issues, no long waits EVER! Have an issue with a transaction money is straight back in the bank and a new card it on the way. Top bank! Thanks Monzo for making banking super easy and being so helpful! 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
