Great improvements made for the customer

Lloyds have done their best to right their previous wrongs against customers and because of this they are now a bank I would recommend. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Their overdraft charges are extortionate and with interest

Their overdraft charges are extortionate and with interest and have put me in increasing debt and poverty yet they refuse to allow me to get an unplanned overdraft even though I always put the money back when i go overdrawn, so they are keeping me in debt and poverty purposely . Therefore I am in the process of leaving my bank for one who does not charge extortionate overdraft charges with interest Reviewed on: 19th February 2016
