DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! I took out an Even card to go travelling around South-East Asia for 2 months and I've had nothing but problems both while away and on my return. First off, it’s a MasterCard not a Visa and there are a large number of banks in SE Asia which don't accept MasterCard. The card also randomly stopped working on numerous occasions despite being under the daily spend limit and having more than adequate funds available! Their customer service is beyond awful and on every occasion I've had the misfortune to have to speak to them I've got nowhere, especially now I'm trying to close the account. The website states you can only do so by calling them, then after 20 mins on hold I got through to be told I had to send an e-mail! E-mail was sent and I was promised a manager call-back the following morning to discuss my dissatisfaction, but that never materialised and their still taking money from my account. Avoid this company, it’s not worth the hassle!
