I have had a positive experience with vanquis I haven't had to use customer service but I receive very informative emails etc. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Good interest and fees

Had a overdraft for a while now and the fees and interest that are applied are good better than a credit card that I have. I never have an issue with using my card or topping it up. Statements come every month so plenty of warning about interest and fees Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Great planning/budgeting app

I haven't used Emma for long but prior to Emma I never knew when subscriptions etc were coming out so could never plan around them but now I'm using Emma it's great I'm always fully aware what's going on with my money which is great as I'm on a low income due to to disability Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Credit score improved

I opened my account and used the credit builder to help my credit score, which has been improved. I also use it to save a little as it's very easy to transfer money in and out. So all in all a great bank. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
