Ageing Parents and Holidays

My parents are aged 85 and 86 respectively, are in reasonable health other than diabetes, heart condition, arthritis and a few minor ailments but still like to holiday, particularly cruising. Due to their ages and ailments, not many companies will offer comprehensive holiday insurance and if they do, the premiums are normally more expensive than the holiday itself. I have used Goodtogo Holiday Insurance for 3 consecutive years now for both my parents and myself and cannot fault their cover and more impressively their premiums.
