Eleven Years Positive Experience

I wanted to use a pre-loaded card for internet purchases as a safe way of carrying out financial actions on-line. Since then I have found the service totally reliable and when I have wanted to speak to customer services they have been accessible and helpful. My only regret recently is that I can no longer directly access my account via my PC but have to use a SmartPhone app. This would probably not be an issue with most users.
