Chase is the best bank I have ever used!!!

Chase is the best bank I have ever used. The App is so easy to use making banking easy, flexible at any time. Customer service is excellent, they are responsive 24/7 helpful and polite and always resolve the issue. I get interest on my current account and savings account and other perks. You feel valued as a customer, communication from Chase is always informative, straight forward and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Fabulous Bank!!

Any queries I have had are resolved quickly through online chat. I have a current account and a savings account and earn interest on both. They are the best bank I have ever used and would highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Creative New Bank

Chase is a creative and flexible new bank that I love. It is all done through an App that is so easy to use, when you need to ask questions live chat is responsive within minutes and they are so helpful, friendly and polite. The bank also offers rewards which are great and I have now opened a savings account with them as the interest rates are very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and they are always progressing ways the bank can work better after consulting with customers!! What more can you ask for Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
