Great service at an emotional time

I was devastated earlier this year to have lost my diamond solitaire engagement ring. I wore this ring every day for 20 years and was beside myself that I lost it. It was insured this year with Esure and I cannot fault how compassionately they dealt with my claim. They were helpful and patient every step of the way from notifying them of the loss, to the time they gave me to try and search high and low for the ring.
