Responsive and helpful

We started contacting Habito before the lockdown to apply for our mortgage in principle and although we have put our search on hold, coming back to check our details recently on the website was a good experience as all our details were still there and the advisers are ready to answer our questions. Darren our adviser was really helpful and always on hand to answer our questions. Despite providing answers on the questionnaire, he was more than happy to check other options for us should we use different terms. The process was smooth for myself and my partner.
