I have not had to use my insurance provider yet (thankfully!) as i have not been involved in a car accident and therefore have not needed to claim on my insurance. however the service i am provided is brilliant, i can easily access my policy documents all in one place, and the website is very user friendly. I recently moved house and it only took 5 minutes to change my policy details, and the information was all available online instantly. So very happy with their level of service.
