My one and only issue is charges not being made 100% clear

Really lovely customer service both on the phone and my local Santander as well as all of the ones I've been in elsewhere in the UK. The charges however are not made very clear I don't think. Other than that my experience with this bank has been extremely positive and i would recommend them to anyone who asked me. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Really good bank and the whole system is brilliant

This is such a wonderful way to teach our children about managing money as well as the value of it. My eldest has started to realise that money isn't just given to you, you earn it. I also got my younger sister a card, her behaviour has been better since she knows that when she is disrespectful or doesn't clean her room etc that she will have no money for the weekends or after school. The app is easy to use and tells you about any transaction on the cards too. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
