Review of the Ikano Bank, Personal Loan:

Communication very poor!

Applied for a loan and it was approved on line in minutes. Prompt email sent requiring electronic signature and this was returned immediately. I then received an email saying they would be in touch soon! 24 hours later no communication!! I rang customer services only to be told the standard overnight checks hadn't been done last night as promised with a decision today!!! They would be done tonight. When I asked why? the response abruptly came back that that was the way it was!! ... Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017
