The times I’ve had fraud transactions, it’s been very easy to solve compared to my own bank. I like that I get rewards for using my PayPal debit card. And it’s just so easy to use- literally a click of a button. And the text option as a safety net is a good reassurance. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

Easy to use.

Easy to use. And when fraud, PayPal is very easy to deal with compared to my regular bank where it can take weeks to get a refund. My only grape is that I wish transactions were more itemised and specific. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Always helpful during scams

Instagram used to post a lot of fake ads where I bought products. When they never showed up, PayPal gave me back the money although it was really Instagram that should be more selective who can post ads. I also love their credit free options for 4 months. That’s a deal breaker for me. I use it a lot. And best of all- easy to get hold of. Better than my own bank. Reviewed on: 14th June 2022

Always helping me out

I know Barclays get bad reviews like most big banks but they have always helped me out when I needed an overdraft or opening another account. I like their website so I'm staying although it's tempting to leave when other banks offer £200 to go to them... I wish Barclays paid me somthing for staying... Reviewed on: 21st July 2017
