Exceptionally uncompetitive interest rates made me move

Generally the mortgages provided by the Mansfield were good. As with all financial institutions I find they are quick to increase interest rates and costs and slow to reduce but that goes for all. The remortgage offers provided to me were unrealistic and basically awful. The cheapest was still over £500 per MONTH more expensive that the Halifax we moved to.. Let that sink in.... Per Month MORE expensive.. it was unviable for me to remain at the Mansfield and I moved my business Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Great App, Great account .

Great process for setting up my account. the app is great and with the new additions of things like saving pots its getting even better. transferring money in and out of my account is quick and seamless. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. Fantastic financial company to work with.

Great... Thats about it. There are a lot of financial companies out there looking to rip you off, and I count all the 'big' banks in that statement. They 'offer' help and never give it or it comes at a high price. Zopa are not like that. I completely recommend them. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
