Friendly and helpful

I have two bank accounts and a mortgage with Santander - I chose them initially because of geographic location in relation to the village I was moving to - I soon learned how friendly and efficient the staff in my local branch are . Nothing is too much trouble and they helpfully suggest other ways the bank can help with different solutions and products to suit my needs - but without being the pushy all about sales type - the personal touch makes a real difference to my banking experience Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Easy peasy

Application process was quick and easy , I like the smartphone app to look after my account too -it’s easy to use . Had the card a few months very pleased with the service I’m getting so far . Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
