Avoid this company

Avoid this company I was not satisfied with your customer service during the first two weeks which I did not had a good phone communication during the weekends, so I decided to cancel my policy with you during the 15 days, I called on Friday evening before the 15 days limit but you were closed at that time, then I called again on the next day which was Saturday unfortunately I had an answer phone saying that the the company is off on weekends, so I had only 10 days of my limit to cancel the policy I still had 5 days, first thing on next Monday morning I called and I had positive answer to cancel my policy straight way which during the 15 day and one of your colleague told me that the deposit(£82) was lost because of the cancelling, now I have received letter saying a payment of 40.16 is outstanding which is not in the agreement policy of cancellation fee therefore I am not going to pay another fee of £40.16 beside the deposit I paid in conclusion, I do not recommend anyone to insure with Brightside Insurance because of the unclear 15 day of cancellation and the agreement policy.
