Teaching my daughter the value of a pound

5
Myself and my daughter love Go Henry. We set up tasks for her to do each day/week like her homework, brushing her teeth, cleaning her bedroom, helping with light house chore etc. Then you choose an appropriate payment upon completion. They can be of different values and you can edit and change them as often as you like Once they are completed, you tick the box and (assuming you have enough money in the parent account) the payment is sent to their account. They have their own debit card. It alerts you if any money is spent on it and you can set up a limit on the amount that can be spent. My daughter loves this as now she saves for things that she likes and can then order it using her own card (I keep the card in my purse and we do this together as she is only 10 but once she is older she will be able to keep the card herself) I think it is teaching her the value of a pound. She is learning how much things cost and that you have to work for your money (I’m not a slave driver ha ha). I have recommended GoHenry to all of my family and friends who have children.
