Making banking efficient straight forward and rewarding

The interest rates are well above average. On the 2 occasions I have had a query the custmr services worked hard in a friendly and efficient manner to resolve my problems. Their interactions between current and savings accounts are efficient and and they make transferring funds between Zoppa and other banks simple in either direction. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026

The service is reliable and friendly.

The service is reliable and friendly. If you do have an issue they will guide you step by step until it is resolved. A few issues such as not offering foreign currency DD or SO. O like there incentive packages such by paying in money each month to create higher interest rates on savings Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Helpful and supportive.

Signed our daughter with go henry in 2008 for her 3rd birthday. When my wife passed away in 2018 they were so supportive to both my daughter and myself. They made sure the transfer of her account was processed carefully so she didn't lose the card she had designed with her mum. They were and are fantastic. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
