You only find out just how good your travel insurance company is when you claim. I had to do this after my Brother in Law passed away a few days before we were supposed to travel, but Covered2go were brilliant, very empathic and guided us through the claims process. It took a few weeks as he died abroad and it took some time to get the death certificate. They deserve a 5star rating and they are the first place I go when my Annual travel insurance is due.
