They went out of their way to be helpful

We have been so impressed with the service, helpfulness of all staff members we spoke to and absolutely delighted with the final outcome. It was the first time we have insured with them, but I doubt that we will ever consider going anywhere else from now on. We had been struggling to find a travel insurance policy which could offer us a personalised cover to meet one of our particular holiday plans. All of the other companies we had contacted, were either not interested or quoted us exorbitant prices. Covered2go not only took time to understand exactly what we wanted - but then spoke with underwriters and came back to us within 48 hours to provide us with the perfect match! Not only that, but we now have the bonus of worldwide cover for a whole year in addition. And all this for a quarter of the price we had been quoted for just the single trip. Well done Covered2go.
