Great intro to managing finance for kids

My kids have been able to learn the value of saving and payments for work/jobs completed. They are 11 and 13 and both have a good grasp of associating value to purchases since it comes from their own savings. We have been able to generate interest in household jobs if reward is involved and it does not have to be high value ; also any cash given to them is immediately transferred to their card and seems to carry more impact ; all round excellent and also means simple access to independence for them with control from parents.
