Pros and cons

Positive - Great staff when you eventually get through, very helpful. Competitive prices. Negative - Internet account difficult to negotiate and complicated account set up. Pressure to do everything online, may be off putting for many. Should be an easier process. Long wait to speak with advisor and had phone put down on one occassion three times, before eventually got through and speaking to an adviser, very frustrating! Reviewed on: 27th July 2017
