No online way to contact

Wanted to query an old ISA that I thought I had closed as received a letter saying interest rates had changed. Wouldn’t let me log in. Looked everywhere for email address, no only phone number, but I hate using the phone due to hearing loss. Tried messenger, after several tries eventually was told they don’t have email address can only phone or write to head office.
