One month after car fire claimnot settled

On March 26th, my car caught fire after the AA told me it's safe to drive and the new battery overcharged due to a failing regulator. Sainsbury's brokers (Markerstudy) took the car away for assessment. One month later, after many phone calls to them, many excuses, and promises, I have been told the car was FINALLY assessed last week, and they will update me when they have a report. I have had a month of excuses, no contact from them to update me, no car, and no idea when or if I will get mine back. Worse they are STILL taking payments. Quick to take your money but tough luck if something goes wrong. Reviewed on: 26th April 2021
