I do not recommend insurance companies so sure because for over a month I have been trying to get compensation or repair my phone and every time someone says the wrong thing. The first time they gave me the wrong email address and wanted a confirmation from my mobile network. I have a screenshot for proof. The second time they said to send to the second email. My network sent them to them twice to two different email addresses and they still haven't gotten it. I have confirmation that it was sent twice but of course so sure you didn't get anything. I am very disappointed with the way the entire compensation process is handled. I do not recommend this company. Reviewed on: 4th May 2021
