An example of how it should be, and the benefits of a mutual - great team

Efficient, friendly, and consistent. Covering all that needs to be covered, clear explanations, compliant, but without making it feel too burdensome or even too much of a strong sell. It is great to be dealing with a real person. I did enjoy the fact that 12 years on from the original mortgage and build, that I was dealing with someone familiar !
