How well did 'The Newbury' do?

How well did you do...? Just fantastically well, that's all!! It's been like doing business with a good friend who's on-side. Karen has gone way, way over what we'd expect a good level of service to be. Unfailingly professional, pleasant and courteous and their entire team has shown flexibility and understanding throughout.
