Great customer service but a little tedious to set up

I thought the set up process for my account was a little tedious compared to other providers. With those that I have used before, everything can be set up online in one session whereas with Newbury it was 2 or 3 sessions with postal confirmations in-between. The worst bit was waiting to set up your linked account. A message had to be sent asking for it to be done instead of simply actioning it online. Having said that, the customer service on the occasions that I had to make enquiries, was first class with little waiting time and the account that I opened has great interest too. The information on your account is easy to view online. All in all, worthwhile opening an account and I would recommend Newbury as an investment provider. Reviewed on: 12th May 2021
