Mortgage with the shittest service

If you want free stress which leads to depression that feels like death then sure go ahead with this bank. If there is an international appeal i can make against this bank then please let me know. They took 11 weeks to open my mortgage case. Every 2 weeks they would come back asking for additional document which i immediately provided however after another 8 weeks they rejected my case without a valid reason or should i say something that they should have told me before applying with them. The bank was so slow and wouldnt answer to my broker. The property that i was purchasing its owner was sp generous that they were willing to wait for my mortgage to pass. I felt so bad when i told them that the bank rejected me. I wish it was in my hands and i could do something. I wad helpless. My daughter had her eye surgery recently and the bank wanted translations of every single 6 months statements which was from around 7 different people and she spent 3 full days translating each thing from the statement. Still her hard work didnt pay off. I recommend do not make the biggest mistake of your life by going to this bank if you are planning to start a mortgage application. Terrible service.
