Like friends that are there to do all they can to help, when you need it most

Hit by a boarder on the first morning of a ski trip. That was the end of several ski trips! Wonderful help and guidance while in Andorra. They made every step very clear. Excellent help on my return. Excellent verbal and email communication. Straight forward forms to fill and a reasonable request for medical validation. Prompt decision and payment. The Avanti experience was the only good thing about the holiday. Just wish with the aging population that they would cover me and many others, once over 70. I will be sad to leave them.
