Took out 3 for 2 appliance insurance only to be told 3 months later if no fault found electrical or mechanical there would be a cost between £77-£144 this cost is payable if you miss the engineer visit. Spoke to someone today about this turns out this information is NOT on the terms and conditions!!! Hidden fees when the website stated NO HIDDEN FEES! absolutely disgusting conning people with false information! Also been told cannot cancel as I'm well over 14 days cooling off period and when I mentioned I have got a right to cancel I was then asked were in the terms and conditions does this say. I had to point out where! Finally cancelled I hope!
