Good customer service and good products

I have experienced telephone and branch service recently and on all three occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly and gave good customer service. The only minor comment I would make is that the processes to support online banking are not fully digital yet. After opening an account online I still needed to take hard copy information to a branch to set up the ability to transfer money between my Newbury Building Society account and another bank account. Also after opening an additional joint account in branch, I had to go through a separate validation process to be able to view that account online in addition to my existing Newbury Building Society account that was opened online. Both were minor issues and easily resolved and now that everything is fully up and running, the system is very easy to use. I'm very pleased I chose to save with this company.
